NitroDial

AI sales agent

An AI sales agent that makes the calls and writes the notes.

NitroDial handles the repetitive half of a sales floor: first touches, follow-ups, and the qualification questions that get asked the same way every time. Each call ends with a summary, a sentiment read, an outcome, and any follow-up the agent committed to — already written down and waiting in a queue.

Why this page exists

The part of sales calling that does not scale

Reps are good at the conversation and bad at the surrounding admin. The admin is what quietly decides whether pipeline gets worked.

The CRM is written from memory

Notes get typed after the call, or after four calls, or not at all. What actually got said is gone by the afternoon.

Follow-ups are promised, not tracked

'I'll send that over' is the most common commitment on a sales call and the one most likely to be forgotten by both sides.

Qualification is inconsistent

The same questions get asked differently by every rep and on every call, which makes the resulting data hard to compare.

Nobody re-listens to recordings

Call recording is easy. Getting anyone to actually review the recording is not, so problems in the pitch surface weeks late.

A written summary

Each call is summarised automatically. You read the outcome instead of scrubbing through audio to find the useful thirty seconds.

Follow-ups as a work queue

When the agent agrees to send an email, book a time, or arrange a callback, that becomes a pending action attached to the call. Your team works a list rather than re-reading transcripts.

Sentiment and outcome per call

Every call is scored for sentiment and tagged with an outcome, including whether a meeting was booked, so you can see which lists and pitches are working.

Contact history that carries

Call the same person again — or take their callback — and the agent already knows what happened last time and what was promised.

Text as well as voice

The same numbers carry two-way SMS threads, so a 'text me the details' request can actually be honoured from the same inbox.

Reporting that reflects reality

Answer rates, call duration, credits spent, meetings booked, and per-agent performance are all tracked, with voicemail pickups kept separate from human conversations.

How NitroDial fits

What comes back after every call

The value is not only in the conversation. It is in what NitroDial writes down afterwards, without anyone being asked to do it.

Workflow

How a sales workflow runs end to end

NitroDial helps teams move from setup to live calling and historical review without splitting the workflow across disconnected tools.

1

Define the qualification

Set what the agent is trying to learn and what it is allowed to promise. Give it the objections it will hear and the things it must never claim.

2

Load the list

Upload leads by CSV. Columns such as company, role, or last contact become variables the agent can use naturally in the conversation.

3

Let it work the list

The campaign dials across your number pool at the hourly rate you set, pausing itself if credits run low or every number reaches its cap.

4

Work the output, not the calls

Your team opens a queue of summarised calls and pending follow-ups. Interested contacts arrive with context; the rest are already categorised.

Ideal fit

Who gets the most out of this

Teams whose CRM notes are thin because reps are on calls all day

Sales orgs where follow-up commitments routinely slip

Managers who want consistent qualification data across a list

Small teams covering more pipeline than headcount allows

Agencies reporting call outcomes back to clients

Anyone who bought call recording and never listens to the recordings

The homepage demo shows live voice conversations, while the product gives operators monitoring, call history, number management, and credit-backed calling control.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before rolling this workflow out.

Does it write notes into my CRM?

Summaries, sentiment, outcomes, and follow-up actions are captured against each call inside NitroDial and are available through the API. There is no packaged one-click CRM sync yet — that is on the roadmap rather than shipped.

What counts as a follow-up action?

Sending an email, booking an appointment, arranging a callback, or passing the contact to a person. When the agent commits to one during the call it is recorded as a pending action you can mark complete or dismiss.

Can it book meetings directly into a calendar?

It captures the commitment and the details discussed, and surfaces it as a pending action for your team. Direct calendar writing is not part of the product today, so we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

How do I know if the pitch is working?

Analytics break down calls by agent and by day, with answer rates, average duration, credits spent, outcome mix, and meetings booked. Voicemail pickups are counted separately so the answer rate means something.

Can the agent send a text during or after a call?

Numbers support two-way SMS and conversations appear as threads in the dashboard. Sending is done from that inbox rather than automatically mid-call.
